I like this photo because it is a great example to show texture. However it is plain so I chose to edit this photo. I cropped the photo, with the help of the grid lines that photoshop provides, to bring more attention to the bumpy road and how it appears compared to the yellow taxi car. I decided to lower the brightness of the photo by 18 and increase the contrast to the max which is 100. I also used the curves option to make the contrast pop a little more, I set the input to 80 and the output to 59. I think this added more detail to the ground in the photo. I enhanced the color of the photo by applying the color mode, “color burn”. I chose this color because of the red/orange tint that it gives the photo similar to the color of the car and in a way enhances the contrast in the photo.
