Assignment:
For your first photo shoot you will be going on a scavenger hunt. You will need to find interesting examples of the items listed below. I expect you to use your knowledge of the rules of composition when taking photos.
A line, Contrast, Beauty, An Ants View Of The World, Shape, Form, Something That Represents You, Texture, A Symbol, The Rule of Thirds.
It was challenging to find/take pictures using the concepts because of how specific they are and having to match each word perfectly to the photo. I also think it was too much, I feel like if it were 2 or 3 photos and we could focus on one thing, we would take better pictures. The rewarding thing is that we learn to keep an eye out for the little things when taking photos and realize how creative we can get when choosing what to take photos of. I learned about the rule of thirds from this project, I've never heard of it before.
